Subject: Company’s operation guideline with customers during COVID19 situation.

Dear : All valuable customers

                        Due to the spread of the virus COVID19 in Thailand tends to be more intense and effected to Worldwide economy.

The PAC company is concerned about the situation and monitored all the time. That may affect the health of those involved

in the company's business circle. Therefore, stipulates the work section of the company as follows.

1.          Employees of the company to refrain from working outside the workplace except as permitted by the company.

2.          No activities of the company, including activities with customers during the period of the announcement of Thai government.

3.          Third parties who will contact the company must receive strict screening standards.

4.          Office working time changed to 9.00AM – 17.00PM until the situation improves.

From the aforementioned measures may affect the service, therefore has established guidelines for communication

and services with you as follows.

•  Company’s staffs will contact you via Email / Telephone / Mobile Application Chat and VDO conference call until
  
  the situation improves.
• Various services still proceed as normal in all of Inquires / Quotations / Ordering process / Logistic and Delivery of  Shipments.
